1968 Plymouth Road Runner in factory correct LL1 Light Turquoise Metallic with a black interior and Magnum 500 wheels. EXTREMELY NICE SURVIVOR WITH NO MODIFICATIONS, 100% FACTORY ORIGINAL UNMODIFIED DRIVETRAIN, AND ONLY 82,944 MILES!! The matching numbers 383/335 horse engine is still fitted with the original Carter AFB 4-barrel carburetor, original intake manifold, original exhaust manifolds, original aircleaner assembly, and has never been apart or removed from the car. Fires right up and settles into a lopey idle with a deep but subdued exhaust note from the correct dual exhaust. There are no mechanical issues; no smoke, no leaks, no noises; and runs nicely on premium pump gas. The original matching numbers transmission shifts perfectly and the original 3.55 SureGrip positraction rearend provides strong acceleration while allowing relaxed high speed use. No power steering, no power brakes but steers easy and with those huge drums, stops quickly. Original black interior in very nice condition. Original bench seat with no tears, original steering wheel with no cracks, and original dash with no modifications. The factory Thumbwheel radio is still in place and there is no sunfade on the instruments. Factory 8,000 RPM in-dash tachometer. Original headliner in very nice condition. Laser-straight body with no dents, no dings, no waves. All body panels are factory original and I cannot find any body filler or patch panels anywhere. Original floor pans, original trunk pan, original quarters. Very nice paint in correct LL1 Light Turquoise Metallic done in modern base/clear acrylic urethane. This is a very rare color that looks spectacular in bright sunlight. Excellent brightwork and stainless steel trim. Excellent chrome front bumper; very nice chrome rear bumper. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Excellent weatherstripping, window whiskers, and trunk seal. Correct Power-Bulge hood with the satin black center and 383 call outs. Very nice front grille and rear tail panel. Factory original Magnum 500 wheels with the polished trim rings and chrome center caps fitted with P225-70-14 raised-white-letter radials. Just professionally detailed, polished, hand waxed, and turnkey ready for cruises and shows. VERY NICE CAR!!
