This is the nicest, lowest mile, original 1963 Cadillac Convertible available anywhere. Stunningly beautiful car in flawless Matador Red with a black leather interior and white convertible top, with only 27,172 actual miles, from the collection of a wealthy construction company owner in Virginia. The original 390/325 horsepower engine (new for 1963) has never been modified, has never been removed from the car, and is 100% factory original and factory stock. Still fitted with the original Rochester four barrel carburetor, original air cleaner assembly, original exhaust manifolds, and even the original engine paint is still shiny. Starts immediately and settles into a smooth quiet idle. Runs perfectly on premium pump gas and there are no mechanical issues; no smoke, no leaks, no noises. The Turbohydramatic transmission shifts smoothly and the long 2.79 rearend allows effortless highway cruising. Power steering and power brakes. Gorgeous factory original black leather interior with no wear on the original seats, no wear on the original carpets, no wear on the original controls. Power windows, operate quickly and smoothly. Power 6-way seat with the fold down center armrest; extremely comfortable and the original leather is in lovely condition. Factory AM radio, plays perfectly and the original power antenna goes up & down smoothly when you pull the volume knob. Factory air-conditioning; blows ice cold. Mint condition dash with excellent chrome trim; no pitting, no wear. Excellent original dash pad with no warping and no sunfade. The trunk contains the original spare (never down), original jack assembly, and original fabric trunk mat. Factory rear fender skirts. Factory steel wheels with the deluxe wheelcovers fitted with Gold Line Vogue radial tires. Runs and drives like a brand new car; no shake, no shimmy, no squeaks, no rattles.
